- How to Use: • Infants 2–3 months: 1.25 ml once; if needed, a second 1.25 ml dose after 4–6 hours (max 2 doses/24 h). • 3–6 months: 1.25 ml four times daily (every 6 h). • 6–24 months: 2.5 ml four times daily. • 2–4 years: 3.75 ml four times daily. • 4–6 years: 5 ml four times daily. • 6–8 years: 5 ml four times daily. • 8–10 years: 7.5 ml four times daily. • 10–12 years: 10 ml four times daily. • 12–16 years: 10–15 ml four times daily. • Adolescents & adults ≥16 years: 10–20 ml four times daily. • Shake well before use; do not exceed four doses or 80 ml in 24 hours.
